Picking himself up, Marcus Kantinka found himself in a place wholly unlike his normal environment of the concrete jungle. Instead, it was a darkly light blue-ish gray room, with hallways in front, behind, to the left, and to the right of him; the ceiling extended far above the walls into what looked to be some sort of vast...chamber or dungeon. Either way, it wasn't a friendly looking place to be in, and sent an uncomfortable chill down his spine. And the background noises of what sounded to be screams didn't help any, either, and just further emphasized the point that everything clawed at him to convey - this was a place of pain. This place was not forgiving.
Taking in the environment, he could feel the cold sweat caused by the alert fear of his surroundings. His breath, to, was cold, as he let out huffs and inhaled quickly through his mouth.
